Job Description -
Must have strong expertise in Coherence caching (including messaging), along with knowledge of Grid Gain and Redis. Experience with Coherence is a must.
Able to review the existing Oracle Coherence cache setup used by the organization, looking at both producers and consumers. Identify ways to improve it and create a more scalable, reliable, and high-performance solution to support daily operations.
Design, develop, and maintain Java applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
Have a good understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Implement and manage Oracle Coherence for distributed caching and data grid solutions.
Optimize Coherence configurations to improve system performance and reliability.
Work with architects, product managers, and other developers to design and implement technical solutions.
Debug and fix software issues, especially related to distributed systems and caching.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to standards.
Develop and run unit tests to ensure the reliability of your code.
Stay updated on new technologies, especially related to distributed systems and caching.
Be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
