Business Execution Consultant III
Onsite – Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN
6-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)

Calculated Hire is in search of a Business Execution Consultant III for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:
In this role, you will:
• Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
• Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
• Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
• Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
• Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
• Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
• Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
• Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
• Good knowledge of Ariba, STORM (Process Unity), ServiceNow and SAP tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – need to interact with Third Party vendors.
• Contract negotiation with stakeholders
• Contract Lifecycle management
• Third Party Risk Assessment
Job Expectations:
The candidate needs to have experience on either one of the activities mentioned below (Preferably Both):
Primary Business Liaison (PBL) Activities
• The PBL sits within a business group or enterprise function, manages the outsourcing process, and is accountable for managing the third-party engagement in compliance with policy.
• The PBL must understand the contract details and the inherent and residual risks the third party represents to the company.
• The PBL is expected to apply business expertise to the management of a third-party engagement that factors identified risks and issues into business decisions related to that engagement.
• The PBL monitors and manages the third party’s performance to the contract and reports the output of these activities to the business owner, relationship manager, and TPP.
• The PBL is accountable for reviewing and approving TPP life cycle requirements.
Line of Business Relationship Manger (LOB-RM) Activities:
• The LOB-RM sits within a business group or enterprise function, manages the outsourcing process and is accountable for managing the third-party engagement in compliance with policy.
• The LOB-RM reinforces third-party performance and risk-management expectations.
• The LOB-RM is responsible for managing escalations from the business owner or Supply Chain Management related to third-party contract compliance, performance, and ability or willingness to meet TPP life cycle requirements (including monitoring third-party regulatory compliance).
• The LOB-RM will be responsible for reviewing all negative news alerts and will follow TPP guidelines if it is determined to be material.
• The LOB-RM will be responsible for performing all required Business Reviews.
