One of our top clients is looking for a TS Digital Engineering Lead for a large enterprise ground systems engineering and integration support program supporting the DOD in the El Segundo area. The program will focus on digital engineering in support of battle management, space control, and command, control & communications. The DE Lead will serve as the technical SME and advisor to leadership for scenario development and analysis within the Government and/or contractor environment. They will support development and use of digital engineering environment tools - including functional installation, set-up, and maintenance of Mod Sim software for any Digital Engineering Ecosystem the customer participates in. They will design, develop, and test critical software applications in all phases of product development and translate customer and system requirements into robust software design.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active TS or TS/SCI Clearance
- STEM Master’s Degree & Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years of Digital Engineering/MBSE experience for DOD or IC agencies
- Well versed in programming languages: C#, CAMEO, Python, SysML, and/or Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA)
