Our client is looking for a positive and driven Temporary Human Resource Coordinator to support their HR department! This is a temporary onsite position that is estimated to last 4 months.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the onboarding process including sending and collecting all new hire paperwork, scheduling and conducting phone screens and interviews, and other administrative duties related to new hires.
- Conducts drug and background screening for all new hires and refreshes for existing employees.
- Processing and auditing monthly benefit invoicing.
- Addressing employee questions related to HR.
- Assists with HR and Administrative projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of previous experience in HR Assistant/coordinator role.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Suite
