Adecco is assisting a non-profit organization in Hamilton, NJ in their search fora Part-time Administrative Assistant. This is a fully onsite role and 28/hour a week. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. Responsibilities
- Meet and Greet all guest
- Handle Phones and email exchanges
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Manage daily operations
- Ensure file organization based on office protocols
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook)
