Our industry-leading client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Information Technology team as a part of their PMO!
Location: This role is remote, but candidates need to be local to the Atlanta area.
Here is what you will be doing:
- Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed requirements.
- Identify and analyze business pain points, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements specifications, including use cases, process flows, and data models.
- Utilize tools like Blueworks to create and maintain detailed process diagrams and documentation.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of GRC frameworks and policies.
Here is what our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar role.
- Proficiency in using: Blueworks, Modern Requirements, DevOps, and Visio are all required.
- Strong experience with requirements-gathering and developing business cases/use cases
- Proven ability to proactively identify business needs and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
- Strong skills in user acceptance testing and writing process flows.
- Knowledge of audit processes and standards (GRC - Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
