Role: Desktop Support Engineer (L2 Level)
6 Months Contract to hire
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Onsite from day one
Responsibilities:
Assists client day-to-day functionality and efficiency
Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices in the allocated location
Configures, installs, and maintains computer software & Peripheral systems for users
Identifies, manage, and resolve issues in a timely manner (with in SLA)
Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues
Should update the user information in an organizational system
To update the user access for given IT applications for new and current employees
Familiarity on updating the ITSM on incidents and requests. Maintaining the mapping of assets to the end users in ITSM tool
Should have extensive knowledge on Windows 10 setup and imaging process
LAN, WAN knowledge
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
Work with users on their requirements and work with the client on ordering the required equipment and coordinate for the delivery
New office setup awareness and process from IT prospective
Qualifications:
5+ Years of experience
Windows 10 installation and support
Microsoft Office 365 administration
