Job Title: Cybersecurity Sales Executive
Location: Texas - 50% travel
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 base + OTE (On-Target Earnings)

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Sales Executive to join their team and drive growth in the oil and gas sector.
Role Overview:
As a Cybersecurity Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of their comprehensive cybersecurity solutions, including SOC platforms, automation, EDR, and network security. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and extensive network to identify and secure new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the oil and gas sector.
- Leverage your extensive knowledge of SOC platforms, automation, EDR, network security, and other cybersecurity solutions to address client needs and close deals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the industry.
- Utilize your existing network and "black book" of contacts to generate leads and drive sales opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client requirements and deliver exceptional value.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a focus on SOC platforms, automation, EDR, and network security.
- Proven track record of success in selling cybersecurity solutions, particularly within the oil and gas industry.
- Deep understanding of the SOC space, including key players, trends, and technologies.
- Established a network of contacts and a strong "black book" of industry connections.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to sales.
- Located in Texas with the ability to travel as needed.
