OT Compliance Analyst - Focus on Remediation Documentation & Policy Writing
We are seeking an OT Compliance Analyst to play a critical role in creating comprehensive technical documentation. This role will focus on documenting workflows, processes, and working with the global governance team to update local policies. This role will focus on documenting remediation from internal audits conducted in 2022 and 2023, which need to be completed by the end of 2024. Additionally, you will contribute to our efforts in achieving TISAX certification by the end of 2025.
Onsite in Calvert, Alabama for the first 4-6 weeks to collaborate with the team and understand the specific needs. (Air, rental car and lodging costs are paid for by the company.)
Duration - 6 months to focus on 2022 and 2023 remediation efforts, with extensions available to support the TISAX certification process.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and document workflows and processes for IT and OT systems in a manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with the Global Assurance Internal Auditing team to gather accurate information for documentation.
- Address and document remediation tasks from the 2022 and 2023 audits, ensuring all tasks are thoroughly documented.
- Assist in documenting processes for TISAX certification
- Update and maintain documentation in the policy framework, ensuring consistency and adherence to formal policies.
- Follow clear, structured guidelines for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in OT manufacturing environments
- Extensive experience in documenting IT infrastructure, data centers, cybersecurity policies and audit remediation efforts
- Strong understanding of audit processes and remediation documentation
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 compliance
- Knowledge of TISAX is also preferred but not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and tools like Visio
- Strong independent work ethic, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.
