Our client, a well known name in the beauty space is seeking Digital Designer for a fulltime opportunity. This role is 3 days a week onsite (Tues-Thurs) in the LA area.
Role Overview: In this role, you’ll work across multiple platforms, focusing on CRM, social media, ads, and landing pages to deliver outstanding user experiences that drive engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• CRM Design: Develop and implement visually stunning and effective CRM campaigns, including email newsletters, automated workflows, and customer engagement strategies.
• Social Media Design: Create eye-catching and brand-consistent content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Ad Design: Design high-impact digital ads and display banners that enhance brand visibility and drive conversions across paid media channels.
• Landing Pages: Design and optimize landing pages for various campaigns, ensuring a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to understand design needs and deliver solutions that align with our brand vision and objectives.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance visual identity and brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
• Performance Analysis: Utilize data and feedback to iterate on designs and improve performance metrics. Technical Skills:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign): Advanced proficiency in creating high-quality digital designs.
• Sketch or Figma: Expertise in modern design tools for wireframing and prototyping.
• 3D Design Software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D): Proficiency in creating 3D models and animations.
• Animation Tools (e.g., After Effects): Experience in creating compelling animations and motion graphics.
• Video Editing Software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro): Strong skills in producing and editing video content.
• HTML/CSS: Basic knowledge to support and understand web design implementations.
• Email Design Tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo): Experience in designing and executing effective email campaigns.
• Social Media Tools: Familiarity with design tools and platforms like Canva and Hootsuite.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across CRM, social media, ads, landing pages, 3D design, animations, and video editing.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Creativity: Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Industry: Experience designing for beauty, lifestyle, or fashion brands is a plus. Experience in fast-paced agency environments with a variety of brands is a plus
