**Position Overview/Summary:**
The Administrative and Client Services Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors by providing exceptional administrative and client service assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
**Responsibilities:**
- Interact daily with clients, processing requests, and promptly addressing inquiries.
- Coordinate with advisors in meeting preparation and follow-up activities.
- Manage client agreements, investment applications, and account transfers.
- Utilize CRM systems for client management and communication.
- Proactively market to existing clients and prospects through various channels.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
- Oversee website changes or enhancements and social media sites
- Ensure alignment with the firm's mission, vision, and core values.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up capabilities.
- Previous experience in client service or administrative roles preferred.
- Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and compliance is a plus.
