Campus Recruitment Specialist – Contract – New York, NY – $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Campus Recruitment Specialist in New York, NY.
Role Description
• build a strategy and execute the end-to-end recruitment and summer program offerings for divisions within our Investment Bank and other areas
• manage the hiring process to ensure fairness, transparency and diverse representation within the class
• tell our campus recruiting story through data
• provide excellent client relationship management for our stakeholders (Business & HR) and deliver on their expectations
• work in tandem with internal partners like campus marketing and learning & development to ensure we are hiring the best talent and providing our hires with a best-in-class experience
• stay informed of trends and best practices to ensure our company remains an employer of choice on university campuses
• represent the campus recruiting team in division and/or firmwide projects
Skills & Requirements
• previous campus recruiter experience required, ideally covering an investment bank
• ability to engage across all levels of the organization and influence senior leaders
• comfort tracking, analyzing and reporting on large volumes of data
• flexible, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to take initiative and ‘own it’
• strong attention to detail and excellence with administration
• a communicative team player who enjoys collaborating with the broader team an understanding of how to recognize, create and deliver a 'best-in-class' candidate experience.
