Unlimited Care Inc. is looking for an Employment Coordinator, who is responsible for coordinating, recording and updating compliance requirements for field staff.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates applicants’ hiring process to ensure full compliance with state, federal and contract regulations.
- Maintains compliance with both regulations and contract requirements.
- Schedules field staff personnel.
- Responsible for assisting with insurance verification accuracy.
- Works directly with Supervisory RN in scheduling all branch in-service training programs.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least a High School Diploma (some college is preferred) and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health agency or 2 years of other relevant record keeping experience. Team coordination and communication skills are skills necessary, as is basic computer literacy. Must be bilingual (Spanish and English). A valid NYS driver's license is required.
