Staff Accountant (Private Equity)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee accounts payable, receivable, and the allocation of fund and deal-related expenses.
- Handle invoicing for management and incentive fees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies by reviewing travel and expense reports, processing them promptly.
- Provide ongoing status updates to division leaders.
- Assist in documenting processes for regulatory purposes and in preparing for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Support the Financial Controller with account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Address finance-related ad hoc requests as needed.
- Work closely with the Head of Tax and external tax advisors to meet local tax reporting obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Accountant with 4-6 years of experience in management company operations, preferably within financial services.
- Demonstrated experience in management company operations in the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office, NetSuite, Concur, and banking platforms.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to communicate clearly.
- Results-driven, highly organized, and able to perform accurately under tight deadlines.
