Job Description:
As an NLP Analyst, you will support the development and optimization of NLP models to enhance call deflection capabilities.
Your role will involve data analysis, model training, and collaboration with senior NLP analysts to improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and deployment of NLP models.
Analyze customer interaction data to identify patterns and trends.
Collaborate with senior NLP analysts to refine and optimize models.
Conduct testing and validation of NLP solutions.
Prepare documentation and reports on model performance and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
Experience with NLP libraries and tools (e.g., NLTK, spaCy).
Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
