Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to guide and support the successful national implementation of a Proof of Delivery (POD) device across our wine and spirits organization. The consultant will develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring our team is prepared for the transition, and that the POD system is integrated seamlessly into our operations.
Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy:
• Develop a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the implementation of the POD device.
• Identify key stakeholders, change champions, and potential resistance points within the organization.
Communication Plan:
• Design and execute a communication plan to keep all relevant parties informed, engaged, and aligned with the project objectives.
• Develop messaging that clearly explains the benefits of the POD device and addresses any concerns.
Change Management Tools:
• Create and deliver change management tools to ensure all stakeholders are prepared and bought in/engaged for this initiative. (i.e. Readiness score, impact analysis, change curve, Training Plan for change, etc.)
• Provide additional post launch tools for adoption/sustainability (walk/crawl/run)
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions with key stakeholders to gather input and address concerns.
• Work closely with leadership to align the project goals with business objectives.
Risk Management:
• Identify and assess potential risks based on position in change management curve as it relates to the implementation of the POD device and develop mitigation strategies as
• Monitor the progress of the implementation and adjust the change management plan as necessary throughout pilots and initial waves.
Performance Measurement:
• Establish metrics to measure the success of the change management initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and reports on the effectiveness of the change management process and make recommendations for improvement.

Cultural Alignment:
• Ensure the change management approach aligns with the organizational culture, particularly considering the specific needs and challenges of the wine and spirits industry.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the change management process, including plans, training materials, and progress reports.
• Prepare final reports and recommendations for sustaining the changes post-implementation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in change management, preferably within the supply chain, logistics, or supply chain technology sectors.
• Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives involving supply chain technology adoption.
•Experience with communication direct to supply chain at the market level in addition to cross functional communication within additional areas that are impacted by this initiative (local finance, accounting, etc).
• Experience in the wine and spirits industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
