Company Overview:
Our client is entering a significant construction phase in an Oracle implementation and is seeking dynamic Business Analysts to join their Corporate Procurement team. Our OTC (Order-to-Cash) Oracle project is advancing into the construct stage, and we need talented individuals to contribute to this critical transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform research and analysis on conversion data.
- Assist with creating detailed documentation for audit requirements.
- Document and manage exception handling procedures.
- Support quality assurance and control efforts through data analysis/profiling.
- Provide support to project staff, business stakeholders, functional, and user groups during conversion cycles and implementation.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in testing and system verifications.
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud, specifically in Oracle AR (Accounts Receivable).
- Proven experience with Oracle OTC
- Background in data analytics with a transition to a Business Analyst role.
- Effective in exception handling and data import/export.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation (modernization) as a lead or support role, especially in Finance Modules such as GL, SLA, FAH, AR, AP, and Cash Management.
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate confidently with finance organizations and team members.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with Oracle ERP implementations, particularly in finance modules.
- Experience working with implementation partners and handling multiple users/departments in Oracle ERP.
