We are seeking a skilled Lotus /HCL Notes Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Lotus /HCL Notes development, with a focus on workflow enhancement and user management. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Lotus /HCL Notes applications and databases to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Lotus /HCL Notes applications and databases, including forms, views, agents, and scripts.
- Enhance existing Lotus /HCL Notes workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Create and manage user accounts and permissions within the Lotus /HCL Notes environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Lotus /HCL Notes application issues.
- Provide technical support to users of Lotus /HCL Notes applications.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Lotus /HCL Notes development, with a strong understanding of LotusScript, XPages, and Domino Designer.
- Experience with workflow development and automation using Lotus Notes tools.
- Knowledge of user management and security best practices in Lotus /HCL Notes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Lotus Domino server administration.
