Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Management of a team comprising 4-5 individuals.
- Collaboration with all company departments to ensure outstanding customer service and resolve any interdepartmental issues.
- Regular interaction with the customer service team to supervise their tasks, performance, and address any emerging issues, providing necessary solutions.
- Frequent communication with other managers to comprehend their needs and convey customer service expectations.
- Ensuring accurate and rapid data entry.
Customer Service Manager Requirements:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in managing people.
- Ability to retain significant technical information and think critically independently.
- Management of a team of 4-5 members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, basic internet applications, and ERP systems. Training will be provided, but foundational computer knowledge is required.
- A sense of urgency in promptly resolving issues, both internally and externally.
- Ability to read and interpret basic Excel reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Ability to generate summaries, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Essential data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
- Must have: Experience with B2B Distributor, Lighting Industry.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM.
