We have a well-known Boston Private Equity client looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to a Partner and their Investment team. They are looking for someone who works well under pressure, can multitask, and has meticulous attention to detail. It is a fast-paced team-oriented environment with room to grow! This is a hybrid position in office 4 days a week.
Job Responsibilities:
· Calendar and expense management
· Responsible for travel arrangements, domestic and international with complex itineraries and agendas; Must have the ability to fill in all the blanks when necessary.
· Arrange and coordinate meetings, venues, vendor management, room setup, prepare materials and arrange necessary audio/visual equipment
· Complete any ad hoc admin or project work as request by professionals / team members
· Manage various projects on an ongoing basis
Ideal Candidate will have:
· 6-10+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives
· Bachelor's Degree preferred
· Experience within Investment/Asset Mgmt environment
· Team player mentality
· Can manage & prioritize conflicting priorities
· Positive attitude
· Strong attention to detail; highly organized and excellent time management skills
· Strong communication skills
