A well-known Casino Company is searching for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to work full-time.
- Follow standard service desk operating procedures.
- Deliver hands-on, phone, and remote end-user support of computer systems, vendor peripherals, and basic network connectivity.
- Execute IT-related resolutions and follow-ups while providing excellent customer service as assigned via Service Now ticketing system.
- Log all service desk calls, incidents, and requests into the Service Now ticketing system.
- Follow up on outstanding issues and with users regarding status and closure of incidents/requests.
- Maintain communication with users on operational and production problems.
- Support user profile management, account provisioning, password resets, and permissions through Active Directory.
