Job Description Summary:
- Responsible for oversight, direction, and resolution of business issues related to the order execution and achievement of specific sales targets.
- Arrange, coordinate, and participate in regular business meetings and periodic business reviews to facilitate the exchange of information and ensure action items are identified and executed upon as agreed.
- Evaluate and optimize current processes and practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Practice consistent communication and oversight of strategic business alliances and closely monitor performance of all accounts.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of each account’s capabilities, challenges, and business development opportunities to support BD/Sales to achieve stated goals.
- Foster teamwork through close collaboration with other functional departments to best position the company to take advantage of existing and new business opportunities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure strategies and objectives for partnering are aligned with the business objectives.
- Demonstrated understanding of key functions to ensure enhanced cross-functional communication and decision making.
- Ability to marshal cross-functional internal resources and functionally specific expertise to alleviate obstacles and resolve conflict throughout the life-cycle of all the PMO partnerships.
- Develop, execute, and optimize strategy in partnership with senior sales leadership.
- Facilitate communication to support team alignment and unified action in regard to all customers.
- Monitor sales targets and KPIs for the designated accounts.
- Collaborate closely with related functions (Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality) to remove obstacles, resolve issues and execute account-related projects.
- Provide central oversight and awareness of business issues for senior sales leadership.
- Drive the assigned sales area and actively support the regional objectives.
- Strong ability to influence decision-making without direct authority.
- Foster team spirit among all team members.
- Provide regular reports on sales dynamics, forecast, pipeline.
