Stellar is seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in land development design and permitting. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing all processes required for producing design documents (plans, specifications, calculations, reports, etc.) that will be used from conceptual design for client approval all the way through construction level documents and construction phase services. The candidate must be a team player and committed to the quality of work generated.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently or with other team members assigned to their projects
- Inter-discipline coordination, BIM clash detection, shop drawing reviews, and site inspections
- Ensure project requirements, schedule, and overall quality are met

Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering degree from an ABET accredited college or university
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in site design & permitting
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- EIT/EI is strongly preferred but not required
- Experience with Procore and ACC is beneficial
- Ability to travel overnight – estimated up to 15%
