IntePros is seeking a Corporate Trainer to join our premier client in Aurora, CO. This is a on-site role requiring onsite in Aurora, CO. This role may also require additional travel to other training sites. The ideal candidate for this role must have Change Management and ADKAR experience.
Corporate Trainer Responsibilities:
- Researches, develops, plans, designs, maintains and implements policies and programs that enhance the organization's relations with the community, the public, government and regulatory authorities, shareholders and employees.
- Delivers communications through various media.
- Coordinates dissemination of the organization's communications with news or trade media contacts, through special events, public speaking or other means to reach defined audiences and meet specific program objectives.
- Must have proven Change Management Experience
- Must have experience with ADKAR/Prosci change management methodology
