Ultimate Staffing is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading company in the manufacturing industry based in Stratford, CT. We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join their team on-site. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to apply their electrical expertise in a manufacturing setting.
E1/E2 Licenses are preferred for this role but not required if you have 3+ years of experience of hands-on manufacturing electrical experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues on production machinery and facility equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime and efficient production processes.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Qualifications:
- E1 or E2 electrical license preferred; however, candidates with relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, controls, and automation equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a strong commitment to safety.
