Blue Chip Talent is currently looking to hire on a few Sr. Global Supply Managers and Procurement Managers to work onsite in Newark CA. We are looking for candidates with 5 to 10 years of procurement experience in Electronics (Wiring, Cables, Components), interior (Seating, Trim, Console in automotive or Aviation), Chassis, or external (Doors, body).
All candidates must be able to work on our w2.
No 3rd party vendors are allowed for these roles.
Candidates must have a strong background in Manufacturing of electronic parts preferrable in automotive and aviation.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field required. Master's or Advanced degree is a plus
- 8+ years minimum Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering experience related to Electronics systems and PCBA or 8 years of Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Engineering experience on relevant commodity
- Strong understanding of Electronics systems, PCBA, and semiconductor components' technical and manufacturing requirements
- Ability to lead by example and take pride in both your and your teams’ work. Coaching the team to be successful and take ownership of the company goals and objectives.
- Product launch experience required, NPI
- Understanding of quality principles, product development processes, and data analysis. Able to show teamwork to resolve problems and a thought process to drive successful solutions
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and hands-on execution
