In this Senior HR Business Partner role with a growing non-profit community organization, you will utilize your expertise to actively integrate business strategy with people management practices. The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while serving as the link between HR and the business, advising and supporting managers in a variety of areas, particularly recruitment, compensation analysis, ADA compliance, leadership training, workplace investigations, and benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field & at least 5 years’ hands on experience in a Business Partner or HR leadership role
- Master’s degree and/or HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR) preferred
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws in Massachusetts
- Must be skilled at conducting workplace investigations & handling complex employee relations issues
- Non-profit experience desirable
- Strong organizational & project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and ability to make formal presentations
- Onsite work and daily travel to a variety of program locations throughout the state of MA required
