Job Description:
- This person in this role will help support installation of equipment, validation and requirements needed for that, lot of the process documentation that would be put in place to get the new product started.
- Engaging role developing new processes with the ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Ability to research and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Great work environment with a top focus on safety & quality.
- Safety – how to we design and implement the process that protect the employees in shopfloor , this role needs the person who could document the those procedure in detail and verify those procedures are capable meeting process specific requirements.
- Creating Standard work
- Collecting validation data
- PPAP documentation
- Process layout / 5S design
- Gauge R&R
- Support NPI process with cross functional teams
- Product this person will be working is hydraulic cylinder
- FMEA and PPAP experience is required
- Manufacturing related experience is required
