Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations at Arizona Gynecology Consultants. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, overseeing clinical processes, budgeting, and ensuring top-notch customer service to uphold the standard of excellence in women's care.
Qualifications
- Must have clinical background in Nursing, ie, Charge Nurse, DON, Clinical Management Experience
- Operations Management, Budgeting, and Team Management skills
- Analytical Skills
- Patient Care expertise
- Experience in healthcare operations or women's health services
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or related field
