The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the HR Department, primarily focusing on updating reports, employee engagement, and processing background checks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Location: Brentwood, TN.
· Type: Temporary (2-4 months)
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
· Compensation: $20-24 per hour
Responsibilities:
· Pull reports and efficiently track HR operational data via Workday software system.
· Review and update candidates on the status of their onboarding process.
· Conduct background checks, motor vehicle checks, and schedule preemployment drug screens via Workday .
· Act as the HR department liaison
· Maintain applicant files including the preparation, I-9 verifications, and maintenance of all personnel files and related materials daily.
Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
· 2-3 years with HR experience
· Can work confidently independently.
· MUST HAVE Workday Software experience
