Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of comprehensive experience with Rockwell Software (Allen Bradley) is required, and additional Siemens background is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong organizational abilities.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical.
- Familiarity with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC and HMI software.
- Experience with the National Electric Code (NEC) and hazardous area installations.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong commitment to providing quality service with a team-oriented approach to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Skilled in electrical troubleshooting.

Job Description:
As an Automation Engineer, you will oversee individual electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive electrical engineering designs, creating CAD drawings, and implementing automation technologies such as PLCs and HMIs. This hybrid opportunity is based in Buffalo, NY.
Compensation:
$80,000-$95,000/year
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
