Roles & Responsibilities:
Architecture and engineering of Microsoft Active Directory, providing guidance and deep technical knowledge on AD topology, AD objects that include Security groups, Group Policies and Intune policies.
Should have good hands on expertise on Intune Autopilot.
Validate the existing security groups, policies associated to devices/users and create required groups/policies from the Intune team.
Should have working knowledge on CIS policy standards and implementation of the same.
Validate AD connector for Intune and upgrade if required.
Partner with Technical Architecture and IT Security groups for the Intune enablement from Active Directory Group policies perspective
Identify dependencies and its components and work with Network, security and SCCM team for the enabling policies from Intune.
Participate in operational reviews and other service meetings as required.
Maintain existing and, as required, develop new documentation that will include but is not limited to SOPs and System Architecture Guides and diagrams adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards.
Administrator proficiency and management of implemented solutions.
Advance knowledge/skillset required in Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations.
Strong influence, collaboration and negotiation experience.
Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
Works closely with clients, vendors and project teams to determine support requirements and provides a resolution within defined standards.
