Overview:
This team supports the headquarters of an enterprise company. This role will be providing high-touch support to VIP clients and conferencing needs. They will handle all on-site meetings and events at the Post Oak office, ensuring a smooth experience for executives and guests.
Primary Duties
- Meeting Support: Providing desktop support for on-site meetings, conferences, and executive gatherings. The role involves ensuring technology functions smoothly during these high-stakes events.
- Event Support: Rarely required, but there may be occasional off-site meetings (about 4 per year). Travel for these events will be compensated.
- Desktop Support: Troubleshooting standard desktop issues in a high-pressure environment, focusing on executive-level support.
Required Skills:
- High level of expert Customer Service skills.
- Minimum of 2 years in desktop support, preferably with VIP or executive support experience. Must be able to demonstrate a troubleshooting methodology.
- Critical thinking and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 (moving to Windows 11), Office 365, and familiarity with conferencing tools like Zoom, Teams, and Webex.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus but not required.
- Ability to diagnose and manage desktop support issues, with knowledge of tier 2 or tier 3 support.
