Workday Integrations Developer
Our client, who have been established for over 200 years, are seeking a talented and self-motivated Workday Integration Developer to join their HRIT team. This key role involves developing and providing production support for Workday integrations across the HR technology stack and external third-party vendors. You will be responsible for modifying system functionality, testing configuration and integration changes, and managing these throughout the development lifecycle. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with both internal and external teams, leveraging your strong organizational and project management skills.
We are looking for a highly organized professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and handle sensitive data with confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing integrations with Workday Studio and a strong technical background in providing support for HR applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations including Workday Studio Integrations.
- Provide support on Workday integrations and HR-related applications.
- Collaborate on creation and maintenance of SSO configurations for the HR technology stack.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Support Workday integrations, including regression testing during Workday releases.
- Participate in technical walk-throughs and provide feedback based on department standards.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience with Workday Studio..
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather business requirements and provide feedback on design processes.
