Job Description: We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced HRIS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The HRIS SME will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure it effectively supports our HR operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management: Oversee the daily operation of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and system performance.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the HRIS to meet the evolving needs of the organization, including workflow automation, reporting, and data integration.
- User Support and Training: Provide expert support to HR team members and other stakeholders, troubleshooting system issues and conducting training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards, providing insights and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes through better use of the HRIS, implementing best practices and new functionalities.
- Project Management: Lead HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other business systems.
