- Job Description : The Voice Technician installs and maintains the Voice Systems. This individual will support and maintain a multi-platform voice telephony system, ensuring its efficiency and security.
- The role includes troubleshooting user and system-reported issues, assisting with installations, handling moves, adds, and changes, and programming, installing, and modifying voice and related equipment per job specifications and company standards.
- 3 years job specific experience required and 5 years’ experience in telecommunications installation/maintenance required.
- Background in LAN/WAN technologies (TCP/IP/QoS, PoE, VLANs, VoIP) and knowledge of Windows and Linus operating systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot network VOIP related issues
- Provides technical and troubleshooting assistance to USC Health end users, as required and perform the repair, maintenance of voice and voice over IP equipment for USC Health.
