LHH is partnering with our valued client who is seeking a strategic Municipal Key Account Specialist who is responsible for managing Municipal Principal Accounts and developing strategic relationships with key clients; ensuring satisfaction of client needs and ongoing engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Understand the specific needs and goals of key accounts to provide tailored solutions and services.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize the potential of key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain communication with key account contacts, plan and manage client meeting cadence.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within municipal key accounts to increase revenue.
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+years sales experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Travel: up to 65%
Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 annually plus commission
