Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Administrative Assistant at Sam's Construction & Renovation LLC in Keyport, NJ. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating project activities, assisting with project documentation, and supporting the construction team. Strong office administrative is a must to excel in this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry
