Art Director | Digital + Social
A major contributor and valuable resource for hands on design, motion and conceptual ideation for various assigned projects, campaigns and new business pitches. Has the opportunity to establish the design direction for creative campaigns and individual assets, working closely with our Creative Directors and collaborating with our agency team to develop and deliver top notch creative work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hands on creation of social and digital content – organic and paid static / motion design concepts and finished assets for platform specific content
- Conceptual development of ideas for brainstorms to build our creative approach for each new and active campaign opportunity
- Leads 2-3 medium to large projects simultaneously with hands on delegation to Designers/Editors
- Leads creative reviews internally and externally with peers and clients
- Presents creative vision of campaign and the work to clients
- UX/UI designs for sites, web experiences and digital activations
- Presentation Deck design and directing others for creative concepts and supporting visuals/mock ups
- Digital display ad units/interactive rich media
- Working across depts (Print/Motion/AV) to share assets and collaborate with other creatives on design/motion projects for support and campaign continuity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design
- 10 years design experience
- 7 years of social media design experience, specifically in entertainment
