About this Role (Must be able to work onsite in Carmel, Indiana)
Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to fill an open position with one of our clients. This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure on the Azure platform. The position requires a strong understanding of Azure services and hands-on experience with various cloud management tools. In this role you will:
- Configure and manage Azure services including Azure Monitor, Virtual Machines, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, and SQL Servers
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform and Azure Resource Manager templates
- Handle connectivity and networking with Azure ExpressRoute, Virtual Network Gateway, and VPN solutions
- Manage RBAC, ACLs, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting with PowerShell, Shell, and Azure CLI
The Ideal Candidate
- 5 years of experience in Azure cloud infrastructure
- Strong experience with Terraform scripting and modules for infrastructure as code
- Azure Certifications: Azure Administrator (AZ-103 or AZ-104), Azure Architect (AZ-304 and AZ-305)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Azure AD Domain Services, App registrations, Service Principals, and managed domains
