ExecuSource has partnered with a large law firm in the search of a Real Estate Legal Assistant in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant to support a team of 7 partners and associates in the Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of real estate experience in a larger law firm, with strong organizational and clerical skills, and proficiency in legal technology and processes. While some training is possible, real estate experience is essential.
- Location: Atlanta, GA - Candidate must currently be located within a commutable distance to Atlanta, Georgia 30363 as this is an urgent fill need
- Schedule: Full-time 9:00 am to 5:30 pm or 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (flexibility is offered to avoid traffic). After 90 days, the candidate may work from home 1 day per week.
- Compensation: Up to 90k, pay depending on experience
- Employment type: Direct-hire, permanent
What you get to do:
- Offer legal and administrative assistance to Real Estate attorneys, including direct management of documents.
- Support case management by preparing, revising, formatting, and finalizing legal documents.
- Conduct document comparisons and oversee electronic signatures using DocuSign.
- Manage both physical and digital files, ensuring proper organization and handling of document uploads and downloads.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and manage attorney schedules.
- Oversee the preparation and review of client billing to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
- Perform general office tasks, including preparing FedEx shipments and monitoring their progress.
- Maintain professional client interactions, ensuring clear and effective communication.
What you need to succeed:
- At least 1-2 years of real estate experience in a larger law firm
- High School diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe software
- Strong organizational and office coordination abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a customer service orientation
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software
