Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst
Type: 6 month contract to hire
Location: New Braunfels, TX
Remote Option: No, Onsite position only
Daily Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Job Description: Responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and serving internal customer's technical issues. Experience in password resets, hardware troubleshooting, and ability to navigate simple to complex IT issues is a must.
Required Skills:
- 2-3 year customer support
- 2-3 year in tech support (break fix, password resets, etc.)
- ServiceNow ticketing Exp.
- Windows suite (PC support and some hardware)
- Microsoft Office Troubleshooting
