Responsibilities:
- Perform consultation, advisory, arbitration, and trial work, and carries carry out the legal processes necessary to affect the rights, privileges, and obligations of the client.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct discovery and take depositions
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to gather necessary information for cases.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Juris Doctorate and 5 years of previous experience
