Natura Bissé is hiring a Senior Manager, Spa to work in the North America headquarters located in Irving, Texas. PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE: We are looking for a high-energy and driven candidate who brings strong skills in leadership, problem solving, project management, a positive attitude and can multi-task with ease. The Senior Manager, Spa is responsible for providing leadership and tactical support to field spa teams and channel leadership. This role focuses on ensuring field execution of opening new doors, growing current accounts, and assisting with sales forecasting and reporting processes. The role broadly encompasses developing sales capability through process improvement and development of tools, techniques/strategies, and analysis through an individualized approach, strong interpersonal skills, and motivation. This role works closely with ED of Spa to drive results and is based in the Dallas, Texas office.

- Supports, develops, and coaches the entire Account Management / Field Team, with the intent for each team member to grow and be more focused, efficient, and effective tomorrow than they are today.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Spa, and Education leadership to support the development of a channel-specific 360 calendar of tailored promos and activities by leveraging key marketing plans.
- Serves as a cross-functional leader to align and facilitate successful marketing initiatives while ensuring that deadlines and needs are met.
- Leads the Account Management / Field Team by properly using the spa business model; menu offering, product assortment, supplies, and events to drive results.
§ Works with Business Development to prospect new business opportunities while fully supporting our current partners in the Hotel, Day, and Independent Spa Channels.
- Provides recommendations to SPA field organization on product/category merchandising opportunities, competitive landscape, consumer demographics, and locational opportunities to create points of difference across accounts.
§ Works with Spa and Education leadership to analyze and recommend allocations for saleable and non-saleable products and collateral.
§ Oversees the prospecting pipeline with a "purposeful prospecting" mentality.
- Constantly looks for ways to share best practices across accounts and channels.
- Acquire product knowledge through product training and competitive analysis, identifying opportunities to improve strategy and execution.
§ Optimizes our Natura Bissé Standards through Education initiatives, services, networking, and brand partnerships.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
§ Strong relationship-building skills and proven record of cross-functional partnerships.
§ Excellent business acumen, financial ability, and analytical thinking (i.e., P&L Management, business drivers, standard business analysis).
§ Solid understanding of the key levers and components of a successful marketing campaign.
§ Outstanding negotiation skills.
§ Excellent presentation and communication skills – verbal, non-verbal and written including strong presentation abilities.
§ Strong Project Management Skills, detail oriented.

§ Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
QUALIFICATIONS:
§ 4-5 years’ experience in Spa Sales or Sales Support (i.e., buying office)
§ Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality related field of study.
§ 4-5 years’ experience in luxury Spa industry
§ Must reside in Dallas, Texas
