Role Description
This is apart time on-site role as a Geriatric Care Manager at Age Consultants .Inc in the Phoenix metropolitan area, AZ. The Geriatric Care Manager will be responsible for managing the care of elderly patients, coordinating with healthcare providers, developing care plans, and ensuring quality of life for the elderly.
