Direct Counsel, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join a Law Firm in San Diego, CA. As an Employment Attorney you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and handle a variety of employment law matters. The firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation and achieving successful outcomes for our clients.
A boutique law firm with a focus on employment law. Handles both defense and plaintiff cases, representing small businesses and large corporations. The team is comprised of highly skilled attorneys who are passionate about advocating for the rights of employees and employers.
As an Employment Attorney you will be responsible for representing clients in a variety of employment law matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, wrongful termination claims, and more. You will have the opportunity to handle all aspects of the litigation process, from legal research and drafting pleadings to attending hearings and trial. The firm values collaboration and teamwork, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with other attorneys and support staff to provide comprehensive legal support and strategic counsel to our clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing employment law.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in both defense and plaintiff employment law cases preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
