Blue Chip Talent is looking for an Organizational Design and Development Consultant will be responsible for supporting Human Resources and Senior Leaders in organizational transformation efforts across North America. This role will serve as the subject matter expert in all aspects of organizational design and development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the organizational redesign including partnering with business leaders in Canada, Mexico, and the US
- Partner with the business leaders to assess business talents and the roles needed for the future
- Draft proposed organizational structures for future business units and partner closely with leadership on ongoing changes to their existing structures
- Partner with HRBP lead on Performance Management and Succession Planning as it feeds data into OD work
- Partner with the HRBP team and Legal leadership on OD and Structure Implementations to ensure legal risk is appropriately considered.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required: preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Development
- 5+ overall work experience in Organizational Design and Development
- Strong knowledge of HR practices; labor laws and compliance
- Awareness and Experience of Mercer OD design methodology, tools, and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Workday preferred
- Strong detail-orientation
