Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in the medical device industry to join our team. This role involves building prototype devices, analyzing both digital and analog circuit behavior, and developing test methods for electrical specifications. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating tools and fixtures for device testing, modifying electrical circuits, and generating detailed drawings and test protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build prototype devices and analyze their performance.
- Develop and implement test methods for electrical specifications.
- Create and use tools and fixtures for effective device testing.
- Modify devices and electrical circuits as needed.
- Produce detailed drawings for tools and write comprehensive test protocols and reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a regulated development environment, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Proven background in developing test protocols and generating reports.
- Experience with medical device development is preferred.
- Proficiency with electrical test equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in electrical engineering principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with electrical testing and device modification.
