Position Overview:
We are seeking an efficient and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant to handle key administrative functions to support the intake and onboarding process of new clients. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain client and case information accurately in our database
- Contact insurance companies to initiate, obtain and/or verify required information
- Draft and send letters of representation to insurance companies and other relevant entities
- Send email and eFax correspondence in a timely manner
- Other duties as necessary
*This role is located at our Beverly Hills office and requires physical presence on-site.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal or similar setting
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or equivalent
