ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Communication of the Mission, Vision
& Values of the company to all employees.
* scheduling and supervising other staff.
* Seek and Communicate opportunities to
improve the patient experience.
* Maintain organizational structure with
respect to staffing and managing, compensation, incentives and rewards.
*Communicating with Site managers to
resolve any open issues.
*Implementation of new protocols and new
company policies.
